We accept returns on orders within 21 days of purchase.

All sale items, intimates, and earrings are final sale.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

• Email service@shortsentence.com with your return request, including your order number and the item you wish to return. We will respond with a shipping label. You are responsible for scheduling a pickup time with the appointed courier service provider.

• For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
• Please note that additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may incur will not be refunded.
• For returned orders, we will refund after deducting any shipping, duties, and customs processing fees charged to us.

We will do our best to process your refund as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 7 days for your return to be processed upon receiving the item. Please note that it might take additional business days for your refund to show up on your account.

1. New, unused, and with the original tags still attached;
2. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes;
3. Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method and in the same currency.
